In April 2008 we crossed from Mallorca to Menorca and then in May did the 200 mile crossing to Sardinia with the help of my Son Paul and his partner Amy, during May and June we cruised Sardinia and Corsica returning to Sardinia at the beginning of June for full details click here
We started the leg to Southern Italy by heading towards the Bonifacio straits and going up the east Corsican coast before crossing to Elbe and the West Coast of Italy, then cruising down the West Coast of Italy via Rome, then through the Messina Straits to the Ionian Sea and arriving in the Gulf of Taranto at the end of October.
